E3 will be "really exciting" for Epic fans
But no new games coming out in 2010.
Epic Games doesn't have anything to release this year, but may have something exciting to tell us all about at E3.
That's according to a combination of vice president Mark Rein and president Mike Capps giving separate interviews at GDC and DICE in the past few weeks.
"We don't have any games coming out in 2010, so from a games standpoint, it's more about our customers' games, right?" Rein told G4TV before banging on about people using Unreal Engine 3. Bless.
Meanwhile, president Mike Capps was speaking to VentureBeat (thanks Joystiq) when he said: "We might have a new one coming. I think E3 is going to be really exciting for fans of Epic."
Epic's last homegrown release was Gears of War 2 in 2008. Epic satellite studio Chair Entertainment also put out Shadow Complex last August.

But it won't.
I say let him bang on about how companies are using Unreal 3 engine. From Batman to Borderlands, its pervasiveness is such that I'd let the man boast a bit.
