World War 2 PC shooter Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad is getting its first expansion, Rising Storm.

Rising Storm introduces the Pacific Theatre to the game, and sees the US Army fight against the Imperial Japanese Army in iconic battles such as Tarawa, Kwajalein, Saipan, Iwo Jima and Peleliu.

It also adds new weapons, such as the Flamethrower. The Japanese can set grenade booby traps. Japanese 'Banzai' charges also feature.

Rising Storm launches in 2012.
