Sony's been to the virtual supermarket and the PlayStation Store cupboards are perilously stuffed to bursting for another week.

Today's new PSN game, Dead Nation, is about co-operatively - and in a top-down fashion - blasting the bogey-green blood out of zombies. Why? What, are you stupid?! They'd eat your face and brain if they could.

Actually, if you like corpses, you might want to try the demo for CSI: Crime Scene Investigation: Fatal Conspiracy.

There's Football Manager Handheld to be bought today for Ł36, or there's the much cheaper Edge by Mobigame - the game made famous by the whole Tim Langdell saga.

BuffoonBassoon - I came running to the comments section to laugh at the Assassin's Creed price, but you beat me to it.
What are they THINKING?? You can get the sequel including all the DLC for under a tenner, yet they're trying to charge you nearly 25 notes for an inferior, old game which you can't even trade in! Mental.

Digital distribution will never properly take off until these morons start realising they don't exist in a bubble.

I don't think it's the same version as the Ł1.79 iphone one. It is the same as the one on ShopTo for Ł16.85 though. Sony must really want us to download it if the premium is only Ł19.14.

It 's been officially stated countless times on the Sony EU Blog, Sony don't set the price for any third party software on PSN - the original publishers do. So that means Ubisoft decided on that price for Assassins Creed themselves.

Are Ubisoft f'in mental to put AC up for that price. YOU CAN THE THE SUPERIOR SEQUEL WITH ALL THE DLC AND ADD ON FOR LESS THAN A TENNER. GOD THE RRP OF THAT GAME IS Ł19.99.

I definitely recommend Pac-man CE as a mini. Lots of fun on the PSP.

Seriously, I get it. FMH and AC are f-ing overpriced. But still... Why are people overlooking such great games like Pac-Man CE and Edge? Still pricey, but they were released as minis, and will run on both the PSP and PS3.
