Datel reveals first PSP peripheral

Tool for managing MP3, photo, video and save files between PC and PSP due out at launch.

Datel has announced the launch of 'Get Connected', a new product described as "the ultimate media management utitilty for the PSP".

The Get Connected pack will include a USB cable and MAX Media software so you can link the PSP up to your PC. You'll then be able to transfer MP3, photo and video files and store game saves on the PC's hard drive.

Get Connected will also allow you to upload and download game saves via www.codejunkies.com, Datel's dedicated website, and access 'Power Saves' - exclusive cheat files for increasing lives, unlocking levels and the like.

"With Get Connected, you can get the most out of the PSP's gaming and multimedia capabilities," said Datel Managing Director Michael Connors. "It's a must for anyone with a PSP and a PC."

Get Connected is priced at £9.99 and will be available on PSP launch day. Whenever that is.
