Zero Hour trailer released
So this is, what, minus hour right now?
EA has released a trailer for its forthcoming C&C Generals expansion, Zero Hour. It's available in various sizes (the largest just over 100MB, the smallest as little as two) from FilePlanet, 3D Gamers and all the usual suspects.
It's mostly in-game footage, with a smattering of overblown statistics and a Marlboro man rumbling on that "Everything you thought you knew about war... is no longer enough," and that "your enemies are bigger", "your enemies are closer", "but, the most daunting thing of all is your enemies are smarter". Yes, well.
It's all set to a lovely backdrop of stealth bombers, bikes, tanks spewing out of underground bunkers, choppers, explosions, cruise missiles and laser beams slicing through aircraft carriers like cheese wire.
C&C Generals: Zero Hour is due out on September 26th. If you still haven't tried Generals itself, a demo is supposedly due out shortly. You can read our review here.
