UPDATE 10/05/2016 8.56pm: Another Xbox One backwards compatibility update has added Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Director's Cut, Faery: Legends of Avalon, Final Fight: Double Impact, Frogger 2, and Puzzlegeddon.
Microsoft has said Live Arcade titles Hexic 2 and Texas Hold'em will be given a few tweaks in the coming days.
Changes to the poker title will mean you will have to stump up the adequate amount of cash to start a game, and no longer be able to exploit the competitive bankroll. The quality of language translation has been polished up, too, so you should no longer accidentally offend people from different countries.
Bankroll Leaderboards will be wiped clean when the title update goes live in the near future.
The Microsoft-backed Gamerscoreblog has posted a small advisory for players of Xbox Live Arcade's Texas Hold 'em: your leaderboards are about to be reset.
Those of you pitching up on the hunt for a new Xbox Live Arcade game will have to go to sleep for another week - this week's "arcade action", we're told, is an update to Texas Hold 'em.
If you sign into the game after 8am GMT, you should find you're prompted to download the update automagically. You'll also discover that the leaderboards for the game have been reset.
"This update incorporates much of the feedback that we have heard from the community over the past couple of months," writes Xbox Live director of programming Major Nelson, who adds that early next year will see the team as Live Vision camera support, too.
There are two stories here. One is that Microsoft is releasing a compilation of six full Xbox Live Arcade titles on disc, and that you'll be able to get your hands on it here in the UK on September 15th. It should go for £24.99, although we've seen it listed at £19.99, so hunt around.
It's poker time, kids. Well, it's not, since I'm writing this in a hotel in Germany at 6am and Texas Hold 'Em won't be released on Xbox Live Arcade until 8am, but you get it.
They may have kept us waiting as long as possible, but there's good news for those of you holding out for news about Microsoft's ongoing plans for Xbox Live Arcade: Texas Hold 'Em poker will be free after all, albeit for just 48 hours.
Microsoft appears to have fallen foul of something or other in its quest to get Texas Hold 'Em Poker to appear on Xbox Live Arcade on August 23rd, for free.
Texas Hold 'Em will be making an appearance on Xbox Live Arcade next month after all, Microsoft's confirmed.
