New Worms Mayhem video released

Watch the little fellas explode in time to the 1812 Overture with Codemasters' latest trailer.

It's 10 years precisely since Team 17's Worms first started blowing each other up, and Codemasters is celebrating with a new trailer for Worms 4: Mayhem.

The video, which is available here, shows our little pink chums exploding in time to the 1812 Overture, apparently described by Tchaikovsky himself as "very loud and noisy".

There are sneak previews of the new game environments, which include canyons, building sites and an island fortress, plus weapons Zapotron and the Death Droppa. You'll also see a bit of the game's customisation feature, which lets you give your worms turbans, sunglasses, rabbit ears, biker moustaches and the like.

Worms 4: Mayhem will be released on PS2, Xbox and PC in Q2 this year. You can read more about it here and take a look at some screenshots here.
