EA unveils Medal of Honor 4

In amongst the usual excitement over its latest financial results this week (short version: them makes the big moneys!), Electronic Arts has revealed that its working on another Medal of Honor console title, going under the working title Medal of Honor 4.

According to executives addressing investors in yesterday's conference call, MOH4 will likely arrive before the end of EA's fiscal year, which means that it could be out as soon as March 2005, and executives were confident it would be a success - even though they were unable to reveal any details about it whatsoever.

Hopefully it'll be slightly better than the last console Medal of Honor title, Rising Sun (review), which was roundly slated in most quarters, and arguably contributed to the delays affecting PC counterpart Pacific Assault, which EA has cautiously held back and back since in order to try and get the balance absolutely right.
