Singles goes gold

Currently rubbing itself against manufacturing plants somewhere.

A little while ago we took a look at a quirky little Sims-alike called Singles: Flirt Up Your Life, which shocked and appalled us by failing to live down to our gutter-crawling expectations.

In actual fact it looks like quite a healthy and enjoyable exercise in life management, and there were a lot of sensible design choices in there that Maxis could do well to consider in its next game. Anyway - the thrust of this little note is to let you know the game has gone gold, and should be on store shelves on April 9th, just a week later than previously anticipated.

What's more, we ought to have some copies of this to give away soon, not to mention a review. You might not think it's a priority, but after years of reviewing Sims games I think I deserve this one...
