New WOW patch coming

It's all about the pesky Scourge.

Blizzard has revealed more details of Shadow of the Necropolis update, otherwise known as patch 1.11, for stupidly popular MMORPG World of Warcraft.

Apparently the Scourge is launching a direct attack on Azeroth, causing all kinds of havoc in Azshara, Blasted Lands, Burning Steppes, Eastern Plaguelands, Tanaris and Winterspring.

If you want to defend Azeroth, you'll need to talk to an Argent Dawn representative, who'll be able to tell you where your help is most needed. "It is up to you now to become the fire that burns against the cold, the light of hope that prevails beneath the shadow of the necropolis!". Righto.

There's no word on when the patch is out yet, but you can read more about it over at the official WOW website.
