Konami's PSP title Coded Arms to launch in the West

CES showing signifies plan for US release.

Konami has shown off its PlayStation Portable first-person shooter Coded Arms at CES 2005 in Las Vegas this week, as the publisher revealed it plans to release the game in the US this summer 2005.

The demo shown at CES consisted of the same level shown at the Tokyo Game Show last year, featuring a pair of the game's 30+ weapons in action. The final game will also support four-player wireless multiplayer.

You can find a Simpsons-handful of screenshots, showing off the game's futuristic, alien-esque environments and mechanical monsties, by heading here.
