Shaun Caudle of Epic updated his .plan to say that his website now has a UT Skins FAQ on it, telling you how to make and use new skins for Unreal Tournament.

He has also released one of the skins from the German version of the game on the site as an example. The game had to be modified to feature robots in Germany, because their government doesn't like games that involve people killing each other...

I also spotted over on Voodoo Extreme that Epic have updated their Unreal Tech Page with information for people wanting to make mods or maps for the game.
