SimCity Deluxe, Risk out now on iPad

EA Mobile brings the strategy.

EA has released iPad ports of Will Wright's seminal SimCity and strategic conquest game Risk.

City building strategy game SimCity Deluxe has HD graphics, a "bigger interactive display" and "more responsive touch control".

The iPad version contains placement controls tailored for the iPad, a UI redesign and dock-able information pop-ups.

The new touchscreen controls mean you can drap and drop HUD buttons anywhere on the screen. There are seasonal catastrophes, too. Watch out for those. Oh, and the alien invasions.

Meanwhile, Risk is the iPad adaptation of the board game. It caters for up to six players via local WiFi or Bluetooth.
