Dredd versus PS2

Rebellion’s 2000AD FPS now on PS2 and PC

Rebellion's Judge Dredd vs. Judge Death will appear on PlayStation 2, publisher Vivendi has announced. Oxford-based Rebellion will now deliver the game on both PS2 and PC in the second half of 2003.

Dredd versus Death, as the game has been abbreviated to, will be a first person shooter built on Rebellion's homegrown Asura Engine and played through the eyes of Judge Dredd. Players will patrol the streets of Mega-City One dealing with the full spectrum of criminal behaviour from littering and caffeine abuse to, ultimately, dispatching Dredd's arch-nemesis Judge Death.
