Latest UK releases

It's Friday so it must be UK release day! Soccer fans are in for a treat today, with two new EA Sports titles available - "Football Manager 2001" and "FA Premier Legue Stars 2001". EA have also released their big new add-on for The Sims, "Living It Up", which gives you a whole range of funky new accessories for your Sims characters, as well as a host of other new features.

Finally the big one - SCi have released "Carmageddon TDR 2000", a gore-splattering, ped-squashing, fender-bending racing game. This is the latest in the long-running and controversial "Carmageddon" series, but this time there's more to do than just running over pedestrians. Well worth a look... Thanks as usual to Nemesis for confirming those new releases.

In related news, we have new release information from Electronic Arts, with their warped third person shooter "American McGee's Alice" slipping a week to November 24th, and horror title "Clive Barker's Undying" popping up on February 16th. For all the latest news on when you can expect computer games to arrive on shelves in Britain, check EuroGamer's UK release date list, now tracking release dates for over a hundred PC games due out over the next year.
