No, really. The South Park Quake mod has reached version 2.0, and finally supports GLQuake. Here's a snip from the website -

"I could come up with some half-arsed background story as to why Kenny suddenly finds himself running through gothic castles being shot at by his friends - but frankly, who cares? It's just great fun!"
