Listening to that album on a shuffle really doesn't make any sense. Also, the idea that anything by Spiritualized is the "worst music you will ever hear" is laughable.
Don't get me wrong - there's plenty of stuff by Spiritualized that I think is great.
That track, however, in isolation, is a sack of shit.

Not sure how to put this in an objective manner, but Germany is full of shit. This one's actually about closing time.

This isn't bad per se, I'm just sick of hearing it. So, it is bad now, thanks to work radio (Radio 6 to be specific).

Actually I can't stand that guy's screechy voice.

I'd like that song if it wasn't for the guy singing. It occurred to me last week what the Alt-J singer's voice reminds me of, Adam Sandler's "retard" voice...

All the eurogamers who actually play with each other on xbl rather than just post pseudointellectual pc handwringing bollocks on the forums, love the shit out of biggy.

@Syrette He sings like Jar Jar Binks talks. Also, the keyboardist of the band looks like Milhouse.

Worst music? Got to be rap. A bunch of mummy's boys trying to look tough while speaking fast through a mic. They can't sing, they can't write, they just use smoke and mirrors to make themselves look "cool".

I can't believe I've never heard Wilder by Gnesa. That is the single worst piece of music/sound in the history of man. I think I prefer to listen to this.

Granted Fiddy isn't the best example, but I like that GIF. Anyway, I had a longish response to this but instead how about I show rather than tell firstly. See examples:

    2pac - Changes
    Lyrics & explanations

    Lupe Fiasco - Unforgivable Youth
    Lyrics & explanations

Kendrick Lamar - The Art of Peer Pressure
    Lyrics & explanations

You will notice a common theme in these songs; the artists aren't bragging about superficial things like money, hoes and drugs, rather they are talking about some real deep subjects/issues. From this you will notice that actually some rappers can write and rap lyrics can be very creative and meaningful with word play, rhyming and hidden meanings, and don't rely purely on good beats to carry a song like some lesser talented commercial rappers do.

I'm not going to deny that the most commercial of rappers (those who do it just for the money) give the genre a bad image just constantly rapping about the usual stuff. However it's unfair to stereotype an entire genre of music, especially one which if you give its real artists a chance you will find that it can be a very creative, meaningful and powerful genre of music.

I've never listened to this band but this quote makes them sound like a bag of shit:
Bassist Craig Horky describes Cavalcade as “self-indulgent music nerds playing Cure-influenced, Fugazi-meets-Black Sabbath bastardization … in three different tunings — with black metal vocals.” Last year, the band even worked out an ‘80s dark New Wave cover set — not a typical move from a gang of headbangers.
