Time Gentlemen, Please! now half-price News

PC News by Ellie Gibson

5 November, 2009

Zombie Cow Studios has slashed the price of comedy adventure game Time Gentlemen, Please! by 50 per cent.

The idea is to keep you occupied and ease the tension until the release of Modern Warfare 2 on Tuesday. "So it's a humanitarian thing, really," Zombie Cow explains.

All you have to do is visit the TGP website and enter the code MW2AAAAGES. Then, as if by magic, the price will be reduced to just £1.49.

Just think, that's a whole game for less than one-sixth the price of a World of Warcraft pet. And it's an absolute bargain considering it's so good - Time Gentlemen, Please! scored 9/10 when we reviewed it back in July.

Bought the pack with Ben There, Dan That on Steam a while ago and don't regret it. The games are good and the price is ridiculously low anyway.

Did you try buying through Steam? It's a bit fiddly for me sometimes like that. Says "Working..." for a while and does nothing. Sometimes takes a couple of goes to launch me into the payment section. Nice name, btw.

A oustanding yet already insanely cheap game gets mindbendingly cheaper still? You'd have to be utterly crackers not to snap this up. TGP restores the comedy adventure game to its rightful place of glory in the gaming pantheon. Every four copies you buy will allow the developers to each purchase a single pint of foaming, nut brown, ale and continue inventing new maddening puzzles and gags.

Also, this is the second best gaming value proposition this year! (after the World of Goo pay-what-you-want sale).

Worth a punt.

It was actually £1.72 'cos they have to add on VAT. Still a huge bargain though.

@rprince:

Nothing to do with that. It's more about time travel.

Very entertaining game though. Definitely worth it at that price.
