Sony quiet on LBP beta date
Reluctant to narrow it down.
Sony has told Eurogamer that it has made no announcements about the LittleBigPlanet beta dates so far.
It was responding after comments from producer Kyle Schubel from Sony in the land of America, who told PSU that a closed beta for the game would begin this summer.
"I'm afraid we haven't yet made any announcements as to the dates of the LittleBigPlanet beta trials, and are not yet able to confirm a specific month," a spokesperson for Sony Europe told us. "In terms of the game's release date, we are still tracking a September launch."
Kyle Schubel also outed that around one million user-created levels will fit onto one planet in the game, and that there will be multiple planets.
You will also be able to filter content by popularity, upload date, what your friends have been playing and ratings.
LittleBigPlanet is the second most wanted game on the whole of Eurogamer, and has evidently won you around with its elaborate tool-set premise where you can build your own adventure for your little sack creature people things.

There's definitely a major wheat/chaff sorting problem to be tackled.

If it's based on the eurogamer most wanted list, then it would depend on how many people actually filled theirs in. I know I haven't updated mine for ages.

Alot of bull based on a lot of hearsay. You haven't played it and think it's crap, those that have played say it's good. Do the maths...
