The first lump of Assassin's Creed II DLC - The Battle of Forli - will be released tomorrow on Xbox Live Marketplace.

Price, Tweeted Xbox Live community manager Graeme Boyd, will be 320 MSP (Ł2.72/€3.72).

The Battle of Forli features six new memories, focusing on Ezio's work to protect the town of Forli from the invading Orsi family. You're also going to find out more about Caterina Sforza, who was introduced briefly in the ACII campaign.

A second pack of DLC, the Bondfire of the Vanities, will follow.

I'm interested in how long this takes to play through. 320msp is cheap, but I keep being disappointed by dlc I can breeze through in 20 minutes! Fable II was probably the worst offender in that regard, but there have been others (Dragon Age springs to mind). It's not that I feel ripped off when that happens, just dissatisfied.

Apparently one of the DLC packs will have a flying machine level too for anyone looking to pick up that pain in the ass trophy/achievement that they missed on the first playthrough.

Any news on a European PS3 price? 320 MSP could be Ł2.99 or Ł3.99 depending on the publisher.

For those who haven't played the main game yet I'd assume that these slot in as there's room for them in the "DNA Timeline" thing which can be used a chapter select to replay bits of the game. Would be epic fail to give you the shitty voiceover explanation of what happens in those ten years and then after cutscenes send you back to the main menu in order to load up your missing chapters.

AC2 was a very good game. Now its all about ME2 though. I didnt think i was going to love ME2 as much as i do ( didnt love the first one). ME2 is without doubt my favourite Action RPG ever.
