PC Jonah Lomu Rugby release date

Launches a week after consoles.

The PC version of Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge launches on 21st October, Alternative Software has announced.

The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions go on sale as planned this Friday.

According to Alternative Software, its entire allocation of console stock has been taken by shops, suggesting strong demand, "so for the time being, when it's gone, it's gone" said managing director Roger Hulley.

"All pre-orders have been fulfilled, and there's more on the way - but we're urging those who are eager to get their hands on the best rugby simulation ever to not leave it too long."

Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge is a fully-fledged rugby game for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A version for PlayStation Vita will launch at a later date.

The game also holds the official licences for 93 teams and 31 stadia, as well as a multitude of leagues including the French league Top 14 and the Celtic RaboDirect PRO12.
