How fucking much for the COD map pack!? Not only do they offer PS3 owners the worst version but they think they can get away with asking for that much? PS3 owners should be ashamed if they agree to pay that much money for 4 fucking maps in a game that is so severely crippled.
  • sfp_noodle #2 1 year ago

Oh and a single player demo now? Do they even know that Killzone 3 just got released?
  • covfan #3 1 year ago

Yes, a Black Ops demo, I can't wait to try out this little known game!
  • frunk #4 1 year ago

    Need for Speed: Hot Soup

Er... was this posted around lunch-time - and you had other things on your mind?

Can't recall that game... but I find if I am too speedy with my soup I burn my lips.

    Class Typo EG!

I see we have a 20% mark up on Dead Space 2 DLC. I know it's just a matter of pence but there's the whole principle of being overcharged for the same content, we're essentially subsidising the DLC on the other platform.

Publishers really need to stop taking the piss with the PSN and release things at the same price and at the same time because this is starting to get stupid.
  • Lee_Morris #6 1 year ago

Everyone should buy Pixeljunk Shooter 2. From all accounts it's as good as the first with added mutliplayer. £6.29 is a crazy price whrn some companies are charging £12 for their psn games.
  • captain_Carl #7 1 year ago

    PixelJunk it is then.

    Lol @ BLOPS pricing.
  • SeesThroughAll #8 1 year ago

Heh, Shift Extended for a decent price! I'll take it thankyouverymuch.
  • chrisno21 #9 1 year ago

Soul Reaver, at last, and some more Dead Space for me.
  • GamesConnoisseur #10 1 year ago

Soul Reaver and Pixeljunk for me today, glad I don't have to wait for BG&E HD as it's a blow that PS3 owners had to wait, as PS3 been very radically good with HD ports of games and more coming up.

CODBLOPS DLC a ruddy joke?! People WAS complaining about Dead Space 2 DLC Severed's price but after this, maybe seen as better value?!
  • Golgo #11 1 year ago

£11.49? I'm calling a 'lol' on that. Especially as I just got Killzone 3 for less than a tenner with trades.
  • Zebula77 #12 1 year ago

I'm getting PJShooter 2 for sure, but has anyone tried Dead Space 2: Severed yet? I just finished DS2 for the second time and I'm contemplating returning it.

    Should I play Severed first?

Is it me or has Tales from Space: About a Blob already been released and I just can't see it on my PSN? Because from what I can tell according to their own website the game should have launched about a month ago already. :( I know it's out on the US PSN, but I haven't seen it on the EU at all... Oh well.

Otherwise Pixel Junk Shooter 2 is the one I'll get for this week. I've been looking forward to this one. :)

...Just like I've been looking forward to TFS... :'(
  • Ducklord #14 1 year ago

    I've already got a Black Ops demo thanks, it's called COD4 ;)
  • captain_Carl #15 1 year ago

About a Blob is on the EU PSN, and it's wonderful
  • Murton #16 1 year ago

@zanuah - About a Blob came out 3 weeks ago I think, it's definitely on there. Try doing a search for it if you can't find it in the listings, I know that when they put their wallpapers on they ended up in the game folder and the game appeared to disappear at the same time, I had to use my previously downloaded list to get the trial back so I could unlock the full game from within.
  • midnight_walker #17 1 year ago

Where the actual fuck is Back To The Future?
  • Zanuah #18 1 year ago

@Murton & Captain Carl: Thanks for the confirmation that it is at least released. However searching for it doesn't seem to help, aside from that I pretty much looked everywhere for it. I wondering if it's because I'm on the Dutch PSN... Would be pretty stupid if it is.

I guess I'm shit out of luck. :(

"Black Ops First Strike Map Pack"

    Oh... I'm sorry - we're all playing Killzone 3.....
  • Murton #20 1 year ago

@zanuah - I reckon it might be. Drinkbox Studios are a fairly small team and even with the support they get from the likes of Sony and MS they can't support all languages. If you really want to get your Blob on I'd recommend making yourself another PSN ID to download it, you'll still be able to play it on your main ID.

Google will be able to get you a get for setting up PSN accounts for other countries if you haven't done it before. You should also be able to find a website that'll sell you PSN credit that's valid for whichever territory you create IDs in too.
  • Mister-Wario #21 1 year ago

Woohoo! Toy Story 2 is discounted. I love that game.

Although, if they're talking about the standalone PoP they're having a laugh. You can get it for literally five pounds now.
  • Zanuah #22 1 year ago

@Murton : Thanks. I had started considering that. But I don't know... I'll have to think about it. In any case thanks a bunch for the assist. :)
  • Murton #23 1 year ago

@zanuah - no problemo. I made a US account back in the early days when the difference in content was massive, it's improved a lot since then for the UK but there's still a big gap on some stuff.

Alternative accounts are pretty much a necessity if you don't live in an EFIGS territory though so I'd recommend you look into it. SCEE really need to work on making some sort of arrangments for Holland, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, even if a game doesn't support their native language the optiion to play a game in your second or even third language is better than not having the option at all.

With the Dragon Age 2 DLC, is this the first time we've had pre-launch DLC rather than just day 1?

What's this months PSN+ stuff? Subscribed to get Stacking last weekend.
  • FuzzyDuck #25 1 year ago

A Blops single player demo on the PS3? Brave move indeed...
  • sfp_noodle #26 1 year ago

It's so painfully obvious that yinying is the same 360 fanboy that's been banned by Eg countless times since he always comes up with the same lines. He's gone through so many names I can't even remember them, although I'd wager lolnoodles was his last alias. Welcome back. Start dreaming up another alias, you'll be banned again soon :)

    SOUL REAVER!

I now officially love someone at Sony and want to have their babies.
