But the figures for tinybuild were far less when properly researched. And most likely bundle keys.

They never did provide g2a with a list of stolen keys to revoke and block the sellers... just saying.

New year's resolution: Let's stop screaming

melnificent

Maybe if the hype were dialled down a notch or 12 there would've been less shouting.

The people that get caught up in the hype and over invested in the promises are part of the problem that starts with publishers trying to make fans go rabid.

Our village of 6,000 was too small for anything other than a single pokestop. Servers were so bad they barely worked, and they rolled out to more countries instead of upping servers first.

I'm surprised Ubi haven't dropped their assassins creed environments into VR. With something similar to eagle flight for the mechanics, or have an explore mode to just look around without pressure.

It'd work well for just looking around their approximates of historic environments and blow most other VR walking simulators out of the water.

Bethesda's anti-consumer review policy comes as no surprise

melnificent

There has been a large shift this year from reviewers to "influencers". Basically, shifting away from critics and facts to fans that will play their game and gloss over bugs and problems. Civ 6 did this with code sent out a month early to the youtube and twitch crowds, while reviews were still under an embargo.

Sony's Shuhei Yoshida on No Man's Sky

melnificent

Wow, that email reply from a refund request seems to have missed the main points of how it works in the UK. Consumer Rights Act says that if it's broken after a download and play/test then the seller (sony in that case) have a single patch to put it right. If the patch doesn't fix it then a refund is allowed.

But then again, refunds seem to be a forbidden thing when to comes to big companies.

The EULA does not cancel out your rights in law.

Never understood why it's called a "midlife crisis". It's just the final part of a long process where you slowly realise that other peoples opinions of you are bullshit and just trying to drag you into their petty arguments with neighbours or corrie/eastenders viewing.

I'm 37 and skate, juggle and walk barefoot around our village. I'm past worrying about society judging for doing legal stuff.

It's not a crisis, it's realising that opinions are everywhere and mean nothing. It's people being scared of being free and enjoying truly themselves.
