UK chart: BioShock Infinite flies to the top

Is Eurogamer not going to report on the fiasco that was the Devil Survivor Overclocked launch? One would assume a localization job that took two years, came out overpriced, and is riddled with bugs that didn't exist in either of the original versions would be a story Eurogamer would like to report the public about. Yet, there's not even a mention on this article that specifically lists last week's releases.

Fan-made My Little Pony fighting game in with a chance of making it to Evo 2013

Divekick was a fun parody and I'm glad they gave it a spotlight last year. This isn't, however. If EVO puts this thing in just because of Internet pressure, it will lose a tremendous amount of credibility. Especially if it takes a slot away from great fighters like VF5:FS.

Oh dear, is this review recycled from 6 months ago? I was wondering why there were so many replies and sure enough. C'mon, Eurogamer, you can do better!

Everyone! Sega did it. The game's here. It's great. Everyone buy it! Support Platinum!

@KingFunkIII

No, there's a translated version being sold on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Metro-2033-Dmitry-Glukhovsky/dp/0575086254

I don't know if the book would read better with a nicer translation, but as is, I found it an unreadable mess.

Reggie: third-party games “look dramatically better” on Wii U

Saoshyant

@wyp100 I reckon you have been in this line of business long enough to know people (willingly or not) misunderstand statements that are not clearly pointed out for them. Which is why Raiko101 was trying to make it the more clear or otherwise we'll likely soon see some online rag going on how Bushnell just said "It is the end of an era for Nintendo" when he's in fact just confused as to who's the Wii U's target audience.

Obsidian Fallout New Vegas deal with Bethesda meant bonus payment only with 85+ Metacritic

@uknortherner2000

You, my anonymous friend, are misinformed. New Vegas had problems at the start, sure, but do you know why? Because they had to use Bethesda's terrible version of Gamebryo all the while Bethesda also handled all Quality Assurance. That was a terrible combination, and it meant the game never had a chance to sway critics away from the bugs.

Best part? It still managed to work better than Fallout 3 on PC. In fact, I played it and finished it just fine without any patches. I saw bugs, I saw crashes, but the sheer fun of the game was such it didn't matter.
