SBK 2011 announced

Raft of improvements promised.

Black Bean Games has announced the next title in the SBK bike racing series.

SBK 2011 is due out for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in May 2011.

Developer Milestone Studios promises huge improvements to graphics and gameplay. 2011 will feature a brand new artistic direction, an "up-to-date" driving model and "more appealing" presentation and side effects.

The menus, environments, 3D objects, lighting effects and more have been tweaked. Sounds like pretty much everything's in for an overhaul.

SBK 2011 will include the entire official package of the next Championship Season: all classes, all riders and all tracks from the 2011 roster. The first screenshots are below.

We're enthused - the last game was great. Matt Edwards found it worth an 8/10 in Eurogamer's SBK X review.
