Shall check it out.
Anyone having an issue with iPlayer these days? It seems video in fullscreen isn't anti-aliased at all leading to an incredibly blocky/pixelated picture. Even the UI at the bottom looks pixelated and ugly. Turning on or off hardware acceleration makes no difference and I've updated Adobe Air, flash seems to update automatically with Chrome. Anyone?
anti-alias video? Lol

i've noticed that a fair bit when watching f1 programs aaron, although i tend to click on those embedded on the bbc f1 site as opposed to going through the iplayer itself. can't wait for it to be released on the 360, should be good.
anti-alias video? Lol
Anyway, I don't know if you can see here: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/64/44226716.jpg/
The image is very pixelated and glitchy, it never used to be like that but I'm unsure as to when it changed. Very ugly, previously the image would be anti-aliased and look smooth but whatever is happening here looks rotten.
This is the vid, happens with all iPlayer stuff though: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b015szjy/Formula_1_2011_The_Korean_Grand_Prix_Practice_One/
Nah, it's not the internet, you can see the UI is all cunted at the bottom too.
Ah yeah but it's only in fullscreen I have the problem.

Yeah I can see it Aaron, full screen looks like it is displaying in a lower resolution. Perhaps because of a) the filesize or b) the type of programme, ie: fast moving.
Give me $10 I'm worth it.
Is that a fullscreen grab Billy? That's what mine used to look like but somewhere along the line the filter seems to have cocked up or disappeared.
Hmm, let me try it with something else.
Ok, it's a problem with Chrome cause Firefox does it ok, how weird.
I don't think you can update flash in Chrome can you?
Although I'd imagine the Flash version for Firefox must be well out of date..
I just realised, I'm on a beta version of Chrome for whatever reason, how did I manage that? Now I need to work out how not to be on the beta!
Didn't change anything. How unfortunate.
Ahhh, don't worry too much, at least I know it works with Firefox now so I guess I'll just use that for iPlayer from now on. Looks waaaay better.
