I have a fear that it will be those platinum tickets. Maybe I should just RTFM...

So what do I get if I ever manage to shake the Wii remote in tune with that accordion guy? I'm rubbish at it. Absolutely rubbish.

You get secret treasure maps for the treasure guy. After which, if you ask him to search there, you'll get rare items for your bookshelf, and possibly even something to help you search for rare items yourself.

You may also get something for Wiki, though I'm not entirely certain about what it does.

OK, so it's rather cool in other words. Dammit. Maybe I could build a LEGO robot to do it for me.

My only suggestion is to hold the wii remote upright, and flick/snap it forward quickly to hit the notes.

It's very difficult to get the timing right.

I actually found it fairly easy XD. Treat the wiimote as a bell and try to look ahead to see what's coming up. The first level you encounter him should provide enough practice.

Well, Korea are getting Zack & Wiki at the Wii's launch (next week). They're putting in a lot more effort into advertising the game.

Pre-orders are rewarded with a mouse mat and a treasure chest that might contain a pearl necklace!

How to advertise Zack & Wiki

I finally played this at the weekend and it's very good indeed. Great fun with fantastic presentation! They seemed to have mimicked the soundtrack from the One Piece anime!

Quick Question, how do you get 100% on all the levels?
  • Deleted user 5 June 2008 17:07:42
    Do everything on them.

    /facetious

Not sure what the score you need for 100% is, but essentially it boils down to doing everything right first time in the correct order. For example forgetting to turn the crank handle round before you use it, means you won't get as many points when you do turn it round. Does that make sense?

Woo, bought this yesterday! Still haven't caught up with the many many Wii games on my list (lets not even talk about my DS which has been neglected for over a year.......), but I saw this in Game the other day and couldn't resist =)

I'm enjoying it so far, and I imagine it will last me a while because I'm rubbish when it comes to puzzles! I'm on the 3rd or 4th proper level, the one with the fountain, and the big fish in the water. I think I have to fish, but I can't get the fish to bite. I'm guessing I can somehow use the worm to entice it, but can't figure out how to combine the rod and worm.....

The solution is incredibly simple I imagine, but like I say, I really am awful with puzzles!

Someone want to prod me in the right direction without actually giving me the full solution?

Worming your way through this demands hooking the situation.
Rodding along is not always the right way.
Also you could try putting the worm in front of the slide and working the rest out your self.

    /hangs head in shame

That really was embarassingly simple to solve, wasn't it? Cheers for the help =)

Still thoroughly enjoying this. I'm currently on the boss level of the Jungle. I got myself into a position that required I need to start again from the beginning of the battle, which I think I'll leave til tomorrow cos I can't be bothered. The good news is I think I know where I went wrong, so I know what to do differently now =)

When is the sequel being released in Europe?

I believe the Japanese title translates as "Zack and Wiki Make a Porno"?

No. Read the listings at any large cinema, then apply a sense of humour update patch.

Zack&Wiki rocks! It's a shame that they haven't released any more ofthese adventure games on the Wii, I think this is one genre that it could be really good suited for.
