Never donated to Children in Need, as somebody rightly said, it's a bottomless pit and i'd much rather support charities which have an impact on me (as in, the country I live in) then starving africans.
Also the whole millionaire presenters telling us to donate because children are starving is pretty sickening, when they give up the outdoor swimming pool and donate a few grand to the cause themselves I may take some notice. -

Registered 8 years agoThis girl is pretty new as far as I'm aware Piro. I'm a spasmodic Hollyoaks viewer. I've just done a quick Google, it's definitely not Metcalfe, though having seen who that is, my ex girlfriend used to go to school with her! Thankfully she never asked if I would though. I said I'd chuck one up her, she said "i knew you would" followed by "do you think shes prettier than me", my wife seems to have a real facination about what kind of women I like and often asks me if i'd "do her" when any brunnette comes on the TV (i'm a sucker for dark haired girls!)
I was in a dilemma, do I say what she wants to hear, or tell her the honest truth and hope that she admires me for my honesty.
So i said I'd rather be doing mrs metcalfe and the wife wasn't too pleased, but i think she sorta accepted that I wasn't a complete ass hat and lied to her face about it.
/prepares sofa anyway.

Registered 10 years agoI don't think Mel C has any problems, if the constant rumours are to believed she's been refusing to reform for a few years now, and has only done so on the basis that 1) her last album didn't sell too well 2) emotional blackmail from the rest of them.
shame really as Mel C was the most talented of them all -
