Was trying out a jambalaya in a slow cooker and wasn't quite sure how to do the rice. Should I put in uncooked with x amount of time left to cook it or just seperately cook rice and mix in right at the end. Any tips would be much appreciated.

No problem. Jambalaya is awesome in a slow cooker.

I've never tried it in a slow cooker before, smells great right now. Opted for chorizo over smoked sausage. Fingers crossed.
