I doubt it'd be any better as what with regenerations and the lack of previous maternal interactions it'd be pretty jarring - still It'd've been nice if a picture of McGann or Ecclestone or a photochopped young Troughton was pictured with her at some point (or some other woman and a throwaway comment about how family photographs are a bit rubbish for timelords as you can never recognise people from old pictures)
