WoW TBC midnight launch plans
Unwashed to storm retail outlets.
Walking around dressed as a Murloc has its ups and downs. Fortunately for us we can be amongst our own kind this coming Monday evening, as we queue up outside Oxford Street's HMV for our exclusive copy of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.
At Midnight on 15th of January, French devotees will storm FNAC (74 Ave des Champs Elysées, Paris); German fanatics will pound Media Markt (10627 Berlin- Charlottenburg, Krumme Straße 48 ); Swedish champions shall trample EB Games Gallerian (Hamngatan 37, Stockholm); and UK adventures will conquer HMV (150 Oxford Street): all hoping to be the among the first to get their fantasy fingers on The Burning Crusade.
Each country will launch WoW's first expansion with a bang. Those in London will be able to natter with developers and designers, take part in a unique Gurky the baby Murloc giveaway (the unsung hero of the game), stand a chance of winning an exclusive T-shirt, and receive demonstrations of the popular WoW trading card game.
If you are unable to attend any of these locations, you should check with your local stores for their midnight opening plans.
World of Warcraft has more than 7.5 million players worldwide, so we expect there'll be quite a furore this coming Monday evening. We'll have our thoughts on the game sometime soon, and in the meantime you can whet your pallet with the recently released cinematic.

Getting out to Oxford Street for those hardcore wow'ers will be the first time they've been outside in months... Hope blizzard put on some bloodelf/nightelf dressed up enhanced sexy lady-ness action for them.

It continually cracks me up how MMO-players are the nerds that other sweaty game-playing nerds feel they can look down on

Because she is working or because she's a geek?
either way, doesn't the by-title "Unwashed to storm retail outlets" worry you?

One of my mates will be guarding her
BTW she will be there in NE outfit because you can win (wow) prices. Cosplayers flock to places where they can win prizes

"You see, there's no need to play WoW when you got Twilight Princess in your grip"
I picked up TP 2 weeks ago, played it to death for 10 days solid, and I am now sooooo sick of it that even the little jingely tune when you find a Rupee in a chest makes me want to vomit
Been playing WoW for 18 months and I still don't seem to be ready to give it up yet! Still, TW is a great game
