Stronghold Legends demo
With tutorial and full skirmish level.
Firefly's latest instalment in the Stronghold series is due for release this autumn, and the company has kindly released a fairly sizeable demo to give you a taste of what's to come.
The medieval fantasy world is being opened up to PC gamers with a tutorial and a full skirmish level, which is playable from three positions in three difficulty settings.
You'll be granted access to "most" of the building types, half the regular troop types and - thankfully -giant bats. You can meet, greet and then hopefully kill Vlad, who has creepers and dragons in his arsenal, as well as Mordred, who has werewolves and stake hurlers.
Finally, you'll get to check out the new King of the Hill mode and sample some of the newer online delights.
The demo is available now and the game is on track to hit stores later in the year.
