ANNO 1701 demo
Play for 90 minutes.
Sunflowers and Related Designs have released a playable demo of the latest in the ANNO series of strategic exploration and building sims.
The playable demo is 875MB in size, and features a tutorial, as well as one single-player and one multiplayer map, with a 90-minute time limit also to bear in mind.
Due out on 3rd November, ANNO 1701 once again puts you on the path of seafaring and discovery in the 16th and 17th centuries as its predecessor ANNO 1503 and ANNO 1602, both of which were, er, huge in Germany.
Indeed, Sunflowers reckons 1701 is the biggest-budget game ever developed in a German-speaking country, with some 8 million Euro going into production.
