Pandora Tomorrow goes gold

Splinter Cell sequel due in stores by the end of the month. Demo this week.

The Xbox, PC and Game Boy Advance versions of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow have gone gold, publisher Ubisoft announced this week, which will probably make it quite difficult for Sam Fisher to sneak around undetected, but remains good news nevertheless.

With a single-player component developed by Ubisoft Shanghai and Annecy Studios, and a multiplayer component from original Splinter Cell developer Ubisoft Montreal, Pandora Tomorrow has met with critical acclaim from early reviews which seem to point to a game largely similar to its predecessor but nonetheless very gorgeous - even more so than before.

Although the Xbox, PC and GBA versions are gold though, only the Xbox and GBA versions will make it out on March 26th, with the PC version appearing a week later on April 2nd. The PS2 and Cube versions, since you ask, are due out later on this year - June by most estimates.

Ubisoft also mentioned that single and multiplayer PC demos will be released this week, with the latter certain to catch our attention.

We should have a review of Pandora Tomorrow for you within the next few weeks.
