Wii: games in development
That enormous list from Japan.
Closer examination of Nintendo Japan's enormous list of software titles in development for Wii reveals that Big Brain Academy, Super Paper Mario, Kirby and others will be making the leap in 2007.
The full list mentions Super Paper Mario (previously a Cube-only title - we've asked Nintendo what that version's fate is), Donkey Kong Taru Jet Race, Hoshi no Kirby, Mario Party 8, Eyeshield 21, a new light-gun style title from SEGA and "Wii Music".
It also pegs the Japanese release of Fire Emblem as February.
Big Brain Academy will form part of Nintendo's "Touch! Generations" push for Wii, and will include multiplayer versus and co-op modes for two players, along with brain-training activities similar to those of the DS version.
The full list of Japanese titles, which I had an enormous amount of fun formatting, follows.

>Not sure about half of those.
how do you mean? Half of them dont even have a name! And as for the other half, how can u tell anything from just a name?
Still .. Im a lot more excited by most of those than i was by the whole year of 360 titles.

Now, if we got the list of games that are coming to Europe, that'd be yummy.

As in Taiko No Tatsujin.....as in the Bongo game but Wiified!
That better make it to the UK Nintendo. Otherwise there'll be Region locking hell to pay.

I wonder what the Ennichi no Tatsujin game is. I'm hoping for a Taiko no Tatsujin, but I'm afraid it is not...
2007 is already looking like a quality year already

Is this a typo or can we expect a new genre?

Still now I have to decide is Zelda enough to convince me or do I wait until some of the 2007 games come out!

A LOT of people I know have more import GC games that domestically bought ones, which I would think is very rare for any home console. The european release schedule was appalling and, if they continue in that vein, Wii owners will be lucky to see a 3rd of that list and in the same decade they came out in Japan.
And, yes, they are not the only ones guilty of this. I have more import PSP games than domestic too....

I've heard this one called "Mr.D Goes To Town", which can only mean one thing... MR. DOMINO IS BACK!! I told you no one could stop Mr. Domino.
