DS Rhapsody remake for March

Musical RPG returns with new bits.

Square Enix plans to release DS role-playing game Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure in Europe on 20th March.

It's a remake of the late-90s PSone original by Nippon Ichi, and has adopted the necessary dual-screen layout and touch-screen components, in addition to a better game map and some extra characters.

Otherwise, the game returns without much change, whistling its happy little tune through cartoon graphics and easy-to-grasp gameplay.

In the US, where it's been out since September, the internet hasn't exactly gone mad for it (see Metacritic for specifics), but then they didn't understand Robbie Williams either, so what do they know?

How can you not get Robbie? His greatest hits album is a thing of beauty.

How can you get Robbie? He's one of the most irritating men on the planet. Not idolising him is one of the most sensible things the Americans have done in recent years.

What you guys don't know is that when NISA published the game for the States, they took out two chapters that were available in Japan. This caused a lot a confusion since it was originally advertised on their website, but they eventually took it down. They also took out a few features that the PS1 had like monster recruit and the gallery. They also came up with a bogus excuse why they didn't include English voice actors, which keeps being contradicted on every new statement they make.
And I'm sure you heard about the heap of bugs and glitches present in this game.

I've played the PS1 game and I love it to death, but the DS remake is botched and feels like you're not getting the full experience.
Stick to the original if you can.

and Robbie Williams can go jump in a lake.
