Clarification: YouTube a part of Spore News

Maxis has confirmed to Eurogamer that YouTube will form an integral part of Spore.
"YouTube will be integrated in the game - so you can film your creature dancing, for example, and export it to YouTube," the developer told us.
It clears up some confusion left by Maxis last week: some felt it was simply mentioned as an example of a place to upload your videos rather than being directly integrated in the game.
God news, then (to steal Tom's phrase). Unfortunately no further details were mentioned.
Spore was officially given a 5th September PC release date last week, which is two days earlier than the US will get it.

I hope they can do this for Skate 2, the first one's integration of uploading video was great but I could never get my EA ID to work so I could share them.
And there were acheivements attached in getting views and ratings >_ |

"You can film your creature dancing, for example, and export it to YouTube" - because there are so many people who will want to watch a video of some creatures dancing in a computer game. Killer feature!
I can't help thinking that the Sims was so wildly successful that Wright has been given too do whatever he want, and is just indulging every whim that enters his mind. This is more the kind of thing you expect to find Molyneux bleating about in the pages of Edge. |

You can't compair Wright to Molyneux. Wright hardly tells you anything, and only does when he's actually made it work. Molynex will promise you things his team didn't even know he wanted. Sure both are ambitious and both try to make something new. Its just when Wright opens his mouth he tends to leave his feet on the floor, instead of thrusting them into his mouth like Molyneux does..
