New Alan Wake XBLA trailer goes live

Remedy puts out cryptic teaser ahead of big reveal.

A new teaser trailer for the forthcoming Alan Wake Xbox Live Arcade title has gone live.

It's cryptic stuff, just showing a sheet of typed paper that reads the following:

"I'm going to tell you a secret. There are places in our world where fiction and dreams can come true, powered by the dark energies leaking from beyond.

"These places are a battlefield in the war between the powers of light and darkness."

Take a look below. The full reveal is expected at tomorrow Spike VGA event in Los Angeles. It gets going at around 1am Sunday morning UK time.

I recognised Alan Wake was flawed but that didn't stop me playing through in one sitting. I'll probably grab this at 800pts or less because I can't rent like I did last time.

More Alan Wake is good as far as I'm concerned. I still need to get the 2nd expansion pack at some point as well.

@JAGUARCD32x it ran at practically SD, that's not taking advantage of the 360 technically (artistically is another thing entirely). Gears is more of an example to hold up for a technical benchmark.

Oh that reminds me, i hope it sticks to the story and atmosphere and no focus on combat and action. But i doubt it. Because the first didnt sell well this one will probably have loads of action. If so i may well pass. The action in Alan Wake felt out of place and poorly realised.

this game deserved A LOT more success the game sucked me right in in a way most don't.its a pity someone does something different and it fails.im doing my bit to support remedy by buying day one.would like it to be more open world and not to short with it being download only.cant wait for it personally
