Activision making Wipeout Kinect game
The obstacle-course telly show.
Calamitously brutal television game show Wipeout is being turned into a Kinect game by Activision.
Due summer, Wipeout in the Zone recreates 30 obstacles such as those slippery red bouncy balls and that swinging, pummelling, spring-loaded wall.
Obviously you won't be smacked about like people are on telly, but apparently the Wipeout in the Zone will be a riotous laugh for all the family.
Pop over to the Wipeout telly show's website. It's wince-inducing stuff.
Top Gear's Richard Hammond presented Total Wipeout, the UK version, on BBC - season four of which has just ended.

I think you'll find that in fact "HE DONE FELL IN THE WATER!!"
Thanks.
EDIT: Grovelling apologies @kinky_mong, you are of course correct in your Goon quote. That bastard curmudgeon Brooker as warped my tiny little mind.

I thought it was a Goon Show quote, in which case I think Kinky_mong may well be correct...

@22: Oh dear me! xD The thing though, is that HitW actually makes a good deal of sense for a Kinect game lol. However, that doesn't mean it's any less terrifying of a concept.
Going for Gold to stand in for 1 vs 100 on XBL, next? Time continues, and passes to you...Now!....*come on, damn lag!*

Hole in the Wall however, despite being shockingly bad as a TV show, would be awesome to play in your own living room after many, many beers.
