EA has outed handsome footballer David Beckham as the ambassador for EA Sports Active 2.0.

He'll lend his athletic appearance to various advertising materials across Europe. Maybe we'll see his abs.

EA Sports Active 2.0 will support Kinect on Xbox 360 and be available on PS3, Wii and iPhone on 19th November.

The game will cost Ł79, apparently.

Ł80! double the price of a normal game and all I get extra is a heart sensor. At least with WiiFit you get a big old balance bored with some good tech and that came out a Ł70 if I'm not mistaken.

Should've been Posh. I mean what is it you're trying to convey as a product? Use this and kiss your sports career goodbye, or use this and slim down to the point of becoming seethrough? Surely the latter would sell more fitness software.
