DICE has added Battlefield: Bad Company 2 content to Battlefield Heroes, but you'll have to pay to use it.

Haggard's Heroic Set (Royal) and Kirilenko's Krafty Set (National) are expensive. For a seven-day stamina boost plus Haggard outfit you pay 1750 Battlefunds (£11.20). And for a seven-day stamina boost plus Kirilenko outfit you pay 1900 Battlefunds (£12.20).

Bundle those with a new gun (a choice of three) and the cost goes up: 2450 Battlefunds (£15.70) for Haggard and 2650 Battlefunds (£17) for Kirilenko.

And those are the "hot-deal" prices. The standard Battlefund prices for the BFBC2 content (listed with a strike-through) are 2710 (£17.40) / 3830 (£24.60) for Haggard and 2990 (£19.20) / 4100 (£26.30) for Kirilenko.

To offset this cost, all first-hand buyers of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 are offered 700 Battlefunds (£4.49) when redeeming their free VIP code.

Battlefield: Heroes is an online PC game funded by micro-transactions, and is closer to an MMO than to the action-packed multiplayer of Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
