  I liked the tiny gap in the walkway roof where it joins to the aircraft. Last man defending a headquarters node inside the plane I managed to drop a Predator missile through that gap, just as the whole enemy team tried to get through =) Reply +2

  Waiting on 1.2 to hopefully fix the error 51 when launching through Steam. I have to revalidate game files and download a 50byte file. Seems to be a problem with a corrupted config file since it resets my settings, fortunately I can make do with just changing my mouse view speed. Reply 0

  During the beta the connection could drop out mid-mission to their servers. The missions weren't all that long but it was a pain re-playing them from the start. Wouldn't be happy if that happened with the final release / paid version. Reply +2

  I don't understand how the map rotation system works on PC. You don't get to vote for the next map and I haven't seen any severs set to only play new maps, so it's pretty hit and miss if you'll get to play a new one. Reply 0

  I've pre-ordered both BF3 and MW3 (because they were offered at very nice prices) with the plan that I will cancel MW3 shortly before release if they haven't confirmed server support.
  
  IWNet in it's current incarnation is piss-poor. I loaded up MW2 a few weeks ago and was selected as the host for 2-3 maps in a row. There was me with the full ping bars, and everyone else on 2-3 bars. Wasn't on long enough to see anyone cheating but you can still encounter hosts with modified configs, meaning you get dumped into a game of Terminators or zero G or whatever. Reply +2

  Cheapest e-tailer is listing this for £28, and the 360 version can be had for £20 (has been even less in some sales). And they missed the massive marketing push that helped the 360 version. I can't see the sales figures being all that high.
  I just think they didn't even properly start work on this version until they had the 360 one out of the door. It's been, what, 7-8 months in between?
  
  I am planning to get it, but with the price difference I can't justify the release cost. It'll wait for a month or so. Reply 0

  Not surprising, no, but there should be a failsafe system in case an update doesn't complete, instead of rendering a phone unusable.
