Every time there's a major shift in console technology it takes a generation for it to 'bed in'. Think 2d and the difference between NES and SNES games. Or 3d and the change between PS1 and PS2 games. This time around the big change is to HD (if we're ignoring the Wii for now). I think it'll take until the next set of consoles until developers get to grips with proper HD, and can start doing it well with most of their games. Reply0
I haven't played any of the worms games for a while, but i have huge amounts of respect for any dev that's willing to come and discuss their decisions on a public forum like this. I'll be picking up a copy so I can come back here and be obnoxious about all the things you did wrong :p Reply0
