  Love Tribes - my first proper journey into the world of online gaming many, many, many moons ago. I was crap when I started to play, crap years later - but there was nothing like sitting on a craggy outcrop trying to pick of folks with your laser sniper rifle!   For me Mirror's Edge looked great and free running was a joy; but when it tried to be a game and not a fabulous tech demo - ie. when any form of combat errupted, it fell flat on its face. Reply -3

  I'm playing the 360 version at the moment and, a few issues with AI aside, am really enjoying it. To be perfectly honest i'm not sure turning the graphics up any more than they are on the console version would make my enjoyment any greater. If we're complaining about graphics when looking at the sheer grandeur of Cysis 2 on console then I think we really have been spoiled this generation. Reply 0

  Have to say I'm not surprised. Halfway through the campaign at the moment and whilst it is graphically jawdropping pretty much all the way through I'm finding the gameplay a bit sterile. Reply +1

  I loved the first game to bits. Loved the best bits of the second game. But this really feels like a series in decline. Hope the reviews spur me on to getting 3, but there are many games I want at the moment and a limited wedge for them. Reply 0

  Can't agree with the article at all. If you haven't played RDR yet do yourself a favour and buy it. It is so cheap these days it's virtually a steal. Hours of incredible gameplay and atmosphere in buckets. A truly outstanding experience. Reply 0

  Sadly I think it's going to be cool to criticise this game. I'm not saying there won't be issues to criticise, but the whole backstory here and the older fanbase who remember the over the top, galoot nature of Duke games, are going to hopefully make the snide commentary easy to ignore. Before people start saying 'this is no Bulletstorm/Crysis 2/ insert current FPS here remember it doesn't pretend to be. Reply +5
