I finally found a way to fix the 'Offline files' problem that we've had since our new server was installed.

No more users moaning

As an added bonus I get to scare the crap out of them by pressing the Delete Files button in front of them.

I'm at my father's, drinking his beer and flying his RC helicopter, which I just crashed into a wall :/ Which- I'm fairly sure- would have happened anyway, with or w/o all the beer.
The happy stuff being that all of this keeps me occupied for a killer movies-night: 12 Monkeys and The Matrix en suite on TV tonight.

FFVII in particular is around 40 hours long first playthrough (about 60 for me cos I milked it).
