    In short, style over substance.

Not that I think they're stylish.

I wish to end my co-worker, constant negative attitude, brain farts constant inane shite, gets quickly offended but will take a joke too far with others then acts like a victim. In short a moronic bint

@Darth_Flibble That accurately describes most people I've worked with. I've had many different types of jobs, but those people are nearly always there.

My old department had a few like that, unfortunately my current co-worker also got a job when my old dept. got outsourced to some slave labour place in India. The rest of the office and nothing like her thankfully.

Those modern cinematic game sub-woof effects. Battlefield 4 is a good example. Those everything-silences-huge-explosions with that subwoofing WWWWWAB! sound. It's nice if done rarely, but it's overdone to no end. Fucking leave it, it's got old long ago.

Decent enough headphones for ridiculously-high-end headphone prices!
At least people know you spend too much on headphones though, good thing you didn't drop that money on some Shures or something otherwise people might miss them.

Hey, maybe you could get some kind of "I HAVE BEATS HEADPHONES!" flag to wave too?

    Microsoft again...

I'm updating to 8.1, and after downloading, when it started the installation, it just gave me a pop up that they're telling me when it's finished. I tried to get any status anywhere, not least because Windows froze dead at some point in the process and I had to reset the computer, something I don't like doing in the middle of an OS update. Same as with the original Win 8 update, where it does God knows what and tells me "please wait while we're doing some things". Christ, am I really supposed to not know anything at all? Am I considered such a clueless idiot?

I know i Marketing and myself signed off on this letter but the fact it is not correct is all your fault. Do you not understand that your job entails not only getting 1,000 orders out of the door a day but to check that the generic letter that is sent out is correct

arrrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhh, i dont even speak french for FS

Remember my annoying tapping co-worker? He's changed it up in the last couple of weeks. He's now doing one single tap every 10 seconds or so. At first I thought it was a creaking window so I checked all the windows in our office. But alas, it's just him and his stupid fucking fat finger. The worst part now is the silence in-between, because I know it's coming.

I really don't know. I've asked him twice to stop in the past. He's actually a really nice guy, friendly to talk to, never in a bad mood, you know. It's a shame he's a FUCKING RETARD WHO CANT CONTROL HIS FUCKING HAND AND SIT STILL LIKE ANY FUCKING 4 YEAR OLD CAN DO!!!1

Always a nice stock snappy comeback, except in this case it clarely isn't.

The guy will presumably keep doing it unconsciously no matter how many times you tell him not to.

    Tapping Update

He's typing stuff to the rhythm of the song that's currently playing. Honestly, what a cunt.

He can do it to anything. A couple of months ago he was furiously tapping along to The Gladiator soundtrack.

@Physically_Insane Maybe it's a nerves thing. Are you making him nervous?

I don't think so. He must be nervous eight hours a day, five days a week because he taps constantly. Like at least once every five seconds.

I haven't been following tapgate but I was curious to know as to whether he taps in time.

Can laptop manufacturers please stop putting so many fucking hassling shitty programs on their computers. I have recently been setting up a bulk of laptops for someone and the amount of needy programs always trying to tell me shit gets really tiring. I spent more time uninstalling stupid crap than I did installing the actual programs required.

You are a factory of sadness.

Oh and is this tapping person a drummer in his spare time? I used to hang around with musicians and the drummers are always tapping away.

You are a factory of sadness.

I'm now thinking about how much I tap at work. I have spells of prolific tapping. Perhaps I should stop.

Would mouth trumpet in time with my drumming fingers also be considered annoying?

Sometimes it's in time with the beat (he often can tap along to a melody, so it's not just the drum beat), but he often starts tapping in time and then goes off into something completely different. It's so fucking annoying because his tapping is louder than the actual music. He often uses the keyboard as a snare and also uses his feet. His feet are the worst because it kind of echoes, like a wall of sound.

He's a DJ, so I think he partly does it to justify to us that he's a DJ and knows his music. He's not a trendy DJ, he's a 40 year old balding, fat bastard that plays at his local pub. He doesn't do a DJ set, he just plays whatever is in the charts or takes requests.

Sounds like the guy just enjoys music, and you're in danger of ruining the experience for him.

    Shame. For shame on you.

    kill him

Singing along to a track is fine in my books, as long as you don't do it to every song all the way through. The occsional tapping fit every couple of hours is also fine by me. If you do it constantly, without fail, every day, for 8 hours then you're a grade A cunt.
