Yes! It's started snowing again. It all looks so beautiful.

And hopefully I'll be able to get off work early again.

Just got in from queuing 2 hours to get home 30 miles from work abandoned early they shut the M4 J49 to 47 at one point. Not fun. I wish I'd have had a 4x4 like those petrol guzzling gimps who drove past me down the outside lane covered in snow.

It's been snowing quite heavily here in Warwick since about 12 O Clock and is now just beginning to settle (on top of the 3 or more inches left from yesterday).
Most roads around my office are rammed, so people who live far away are being sent home now. I only live 3 miles from my office so I have to stay until the end of the day (5.30pm).

It's snowing like crazy here in the midlands. It's been going for a while now, and it actually starting to settle on the roads again. I'm loving it. :D

I've just had a text from my mate saying that there's 3 inches of snow on the M40!
It's going to be a great drive home *groan*.

Heavy snow in Nottingham. I just went to the shop 50 yards down the street to get beer, and it had filled my footprints in by the time I came back.

Gotta make the most of it, then. ;)

Bloody hell. Snow is meant to come down at night, when I'm tucked up in bed, and then cause me to get a day off work the next day, not pelt it down when I'm at work and nearly make me not be able to get home. :(

Mind you, better today than yesterday when I would probably have ended up stranded in Paris. O_o

Actually, what am I saying, a night in Paris would've been awesome. Duh.

Yeah but it only usually happens on one or two days a year what wit' all t' global warming and owt.

But you are right; it's just typical British overreaction. "OMG! 2 millimetres of snow! Break out the emergency rations!' and all that.

That's so sad, last one was 2004 when I was down in the SW, was lovely, shame the person I was with wasn't.
