It all went downhill when Simon Amstell cut his hair.

If you mean the Peter Andre episode then there's only one thing left for me to do:

Now and again it still has flashes of brilliance. The episode from last series (iirc) that was hosted by The Alex Horne Experience, and had Paloma Faith, Noel Fielding and Tony Law as one team, had me crying with laughter.

It can be seen here, I think.

Jupitus pointed out that for once, Noel was 'the normal one' on his team.

Buzzcock's will never be the same without Lamaar. Can't bring myself to watch it especially with the dire Noel Fielding as captain.

    Who watched last night?

Huey from Fun Lovin Criminals threw a shit-fit, smashed a mug and stormed out because they had the gall to put his songs in next lines. The giant man-baby. Dude needs to smoke some more weed and chill the fuck out.

    Hilarious though.

I saw it, it's more awkward than funny.

Although Rizzle Kicks handled it well.

The bizarre mug-smashing tantrum made it more awkward. Especially since it didn't seem like it was at all warranted. Preston's walk out was funny but Amstell had really been winding him up, last night's presenters weren't being cheeky, just following the script and reading out some lines.

It was either scripted or that Huey is a msssive cunt. I liked the memorial to the mug at the end of the the credits. Jupitus looked pretty annoyed with the situation.

just watched the clip, he seemed pissed off before it even started. Had something happened before hand that it doesn't show?

Paul Foot was funny once, but his schtick got wearing very fast.

That's "once" as in "the first time he was on buzzcocks", not as in "he was funny in bygone days but now he's lost it". This will make the third or fourth time he's been on, and I am so sure he's doing the same act and trying that little bit too hard that I can't even be arsed watching.
I suspect he's probably quite funny if you go to see him on purpose at gig.

They need to stop letting Noel Fielding invite his mates on as guests. It's a nice change sometimes but their oh-so-funny clothes and non-jokes get tiring after a while, especially when Fielding is fulfilling the show's quirky quotient.

He's a precious little princess isn't he? Like when he through a strop when Lauren Laverne's radio show beat his to some award last year.

Fielding simply makes it un-watchable for me.

I haven't watched it since mark lamarr presented it looking at the clip you have to admit it is pretty impressive how bill Bailey looks exactly the same

Bill Bailey is a bit like my father in law. Was born looking 50 and will die looking 50.

I thought it was a half decent episode of a show I watch maybe 3 times a years.
Rizzle Kicks handled it well and showed themselves to be the young Turks in music I reckon they are.
Huey, was probably having a stoner incident, I learnt what a Green Day was and I can sympathise with the corny fuck.

Fielding and chum were very annoying, the glam Mr Bean shtick soon died and I've been on a plane to America name drop was embarrassing.

Jupitus looked pissed off as he realised he was losing grip on his last strand of tv work.

They're no nothing, loud mouth, cocky, fuckwits.

I thought they were smart, urbane and individual. Probably done their time on the panel side also.

I guess post Lamar/Amstel, we should be happy with what we get.

This show is like Question of Sport.
It needs the Monty Python boot putting on it.
