So I've just moved into a different office and now have an actual window with a view and everything.

    Can anyone beat this?

    Cool view :) ...AT Hairy!
I used to be based 120ft up in an office that overlooked the Solent (I work in Pompey) and the Cricket Ground Hampshire used to play/warm up on ?, which was rather lovely...

I'm now in a different building on the ground floor looking at a carpark! at least my job allows me to be out of the office for 90% of the day.

Usually that steam train is chugging along of its own accord and lets out a massive gust of steam as it passes under the bridge. Today it's being towed by something Iron man crapped out.

A septic tank can be seen from mine. Lovely. Especially in the summer when it's being pumped out :-(

I was very proud of mine, until I saw mrpon's... :-(

I need to get some half-naked girls in here asap! As soon as it stops raining.

It might give you views to Windsor or Maidenhead, rather than Britwell or Chalvey...

I have a small (about 1 square foot) view of the sky through my skylight. No half naked women or trains unfortunately.

Beats my last job in a completely windowless office though. That was depressing.

There's a children's nursery school outside my office window, fortunately it's half-term so it's closed. When it's not raining the kids are bloody noisy when they're playing outside and it's really annoying.

    This space left intentionally blank.

Yeah, definitely. It's been raining for a week, though, and I'm not dedicated enough to go crazy with a lawnmower when it's pouring.

Do you work in the house next door to me? I also have a nursery on the other side of the fence...

I don't have a window close to me as I'm in the middle of the office facing the boss' husbands desk; can see him playing othello online and surfing the net all day.

My nearest window faces a warehouse and I occasionally watch the man driving a pick up moving pallets from one corner of the forecourt to another.
