|All done! Very last level wasn't quite as hard as I was expecting, nowhere near as frustrating as some of the temple levels. Really enjoyed the 3DS-exclusives levels, seemed better balanced with more frequent checkpointing than the main levels. Won't bother trying to find all of the jigsaw pieces just to unlock some images and movies. With that, time attacks and the unlockable super-hard mirror mode, there's an insane amount of content here for those that want to complete the game fully. Though I suspect very few will bother.|

@brokenkey I haven't actually used my code for DKCR yet - if I do end up getting a free MH3U, and most likely buy Animal Crossing, I'll still have enough for the promo, so you can have the DKCR code. No promises though - will hopefully let you know by the end of the week.

Aargh, I've been playing through this for the last couple of weeks, am on the world 8 boss and the rocket section is driving me crazy!
The mine carts and rockets just make my heart sink when they turn up, I usually find the rockets slightly easier but this boss stage is doing my head in. Can't say I'll be going back to it when it's done, it's a shame because the platforming is sublime but the vehicle sections are such an exercise in frustration that it's getting traded straight away.
I never played the Wii version, only the SNES games back in the 90s, maybe I'm just getting old and have dulled reactions or something!

World 8 is very hard. I think you can describe the game as being very hard from about World 5, to be honest. I don't think I had so much trouble on the rocket levels unless I was going for all the letters and puzzle pieces.
The levels that destroyed me were the bonus temple ones.

I picked this back up after a 4 month break last week and very quickly put it down again as my muscle memory had gone a little bit and left me dieong a lot
